Want us to ship your goods directly to you? Just shoot us a quick email right after the auction wraps up at Shipping@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com. We'll take it from there. We've shipped everything from small goods to vehicles all over the world.

Let us know as soon as possible after an auction closes so we can process your request promptly. The sooner we receive your request, the sooner we'll ship your item!

For shipping estimates, please use the dimensions in each lot's description and an approximate weight. Please review our Terms & Conditions for shipping restrictions in addition to the restrictions set by USPS, UPS, Fedex, and your local carriers to ensure we're able to mail your winnings to you.

Oh No! Something Arrived Damaged? Let's Get This Sorted!

We're so sorry to hear that your item arrived with some bumps and bruises. We want to make this right for you as quickly as possible. Here's what to do:

Step 1: Tell Us Right Away!

If you spot any damage, please let our shipping team know ASAP! Just send a quick email to Shipping@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com and tell us what happened.

Step 2: Hold On to Everything!

Please keep all the packing stuff – the box it came in, any bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. Don't toss anything until we've finished looking into it. These materials help us understand what happened during shipping.

Step 3: Snap Some Pics (They Really Help!)

If you can, please take a few photos. These are super helpful for the shipping company's investigation:

Picture 1: Show us all the damaged item(s) clearly.
Picture 2: Take photos of all the packing materials inside the box.
Picture 3: Get some shots of the outside of the box(es).
Picture 4: Make sure to include the shipping label(s) in one of the pictures so we can see the tracking number.

Step 4: Let's Talk Repairs (If Possible!)

If you think the item(s) can be fixed, could you get a quick repair estimate from a local company? Just let us know if this is an option and what the estimated cost would be.
